1. Using Our Website

Product images are illustrative. Fresh items such as flowers and cakes may vary slightly based on seasonal availability; we will always match the value and style of what was ordered.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

An order is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us by call, SMS or email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and will refund any amount paid.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, traffic, hartal or incorrect address or phone details.

Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. Re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment methods as shown at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery, the full amount is payable to the rider at the time of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and the ladiesvalleybd name and logo, is owned by or licensed to ladiesvalleybd and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ladiesvalleybd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or products.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
